WHEN WILL MY GLASSES BE READY?

Glasses and prescription lenses have a maximum wait time of 2 weeks.

WHEN WILL MY CONTACTS BE READY?

Contact lenses have an estimated wait time of 10 days

CAN I HAVE MY GLASSES OR CONTACTS DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE?

Not at this time. A home-delivery option for contact lenses is currently in development

WHY IS ONLINE CONTACT LENS REORDERING ONLY FOR PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS?

At Lunavision we are obligated to perform a customer contact lens fitting before lenses become available for reorder. Once the fitting requirement is met the only prerequisite for online order is an in date prescription.

HOW DOES A CONTACT LENS FITTING WORK?

Fittings are $50 and are done on-site by appointment only. Bookings are taken by phone (905-650-5862) or by email (lunavisionwelland@gmail.com)

WHY WAS MY CONTACT LENS ORDER REJECTED?

Some common reasons for a rejected contact lens order are:

  • You have never ordered contacts with Lunavision before. We are obligated to perform a contact lens fitting on every one of our patients. Once you have received a contact lens fitting from one of our licensed opticians you will be eligible to order contact lenses through the online portal.

  • Expired prescription. The average prescription expires after 2 years. Once the expiration date is reached a new prescription will be necessary to order contact lenses.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY

Glasses 

All complete pairs (combined frame + lens purchase) carry a 30-day customer satisfaction  guarantee. Products are eligible for return 30 days following purchase. Past 30 days glasses  become ineligible for return. 

Contact lenses 

Unopened contact lens boxes are eligible for return 30 days following purchase. Past 30 days  contact lenses become ineligible for return. Any opened contact lens boxes are ineligible for  return regardless of purchase date.
